Filipinos love to cook and eat. Filipino Chefs are starting to be known around the world, cooking food from different countries in their own way or style. The secrets of good cooking for filipinos are onion and garlic, “sauted” they want their food sauted. Filipinos also cook exotic food, just like any other asian, they can make food on what they see around them, they cook all parts of the pig, chicken, cow etc. that some people think it is for trash, like pig ears, intestine, even blood and chicken feet, nothing for the trash except the fur and feathers and bones for their dogs.

Filipinos are creative in cooking, they have their style, just like Pasta that is basically comes from Europe, filipino have their own style in pasta they have spaghetti in filipino style, If European pasta are spicy and cheesy,  and american pasta are meaty and creamy, Filipino pasta are meaty, saucy and sweet. Filipino food have many variety, they have food that inspire from chinese noodles like “pancit” , and food inspired from Spain like adobo, callos, lengua estufada, churrizo and too much to mention, so much food that inspired from different counrty from America, Europe, Middle east and around Asia.
