Curry Rice with Veggies
Rice is the staple food of Filipinos, we pair rice in many kinds of dishes, vegetables, meat (pork or beef), soup. And living in Spain with people not really used to eating rice I need to cook it the way they will love it, here is one recipe that my Spanish friends love to eat. Curry Rice with Veggies.
Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked rice
1 small calabacin(Zuccini) removed seeds and finely chopped
1 small carrots finely chopped
greenbeans finely chopped (you can choose of veggie you want)
1 small onion chopped
2 slice garlic chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 chicken cube
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Saute garlic and onion, add chicken broth cube, add vegetables make sure all veggie are cooked before mixing the cooked rice, mix the curry powder, salt and pepper to taste. mix evenly and serve.
