Originally from Turkey, Doner Kebab means roasted meat. Being in Spain and Germany for as long as I have, it doesn’t take long to see that this dish is a favorite in the streets of Europe. Commonly known as Gyros, I made my own version of the doner kebab in yogurt sauce.

Who doesn’t love the all around warm embrace taunting your senses of baked apples married with cinnamon, blended with chopped almonds and topped with vanilla ice cream bringing the sensation of hot and cold flavors exploding in each electrifying bite.

Buffalo Chicken Wings are messy to eat with their bone and sticky sauce. A definite no-no for my fiance when playing video games, and a no-no for poker players. So i make them more delectable and easier to eat with my scrumptious wings smothered in a thick tangy sauce!
